Reload Batteries

Reload allows the storage and sorting of full and empty batteries in the same package. On the top of the package, the user can take out the needed amount of batteries and reinsert them on the bottom when they become empty.

This package focuses on the recyclability of the product as well as the package itself, as batteries are known to be very hazardous if thrown away with other trash and can cause massive environmental damage. With Reload, we focused on the separation of full and empty batteries.

The concept can apply to different sizes and types of batteries and the package is made completely out of paper to avoid plastics and different material combinations.

That simplifies the separation of waste and the process of battery sorting for recycling centers as all batteries will be the same type when put back into the original package.
